Disaster Relief Housing For Individuals Displaced by Presidentially Declared Disaster Areas*
In response to the devastation caused by any presidentially Declared Disaster Area, Wyoming has waived the income limitations which usually apply to affordable housing. Highland Property Management now has the opportunity to potentially assist those most impacted by the disasters by providing quality, affordable, rental housing in several communities in Wyoming including Gillette, Casper, Laramie, Cheyenne, and Sheridan.

*WCDA has waived tax credit requirements per Rev Proc 2014-49. Waiver of tax credit requirements during this Temporary Housing Period (THP) applies for 12 months after disaster area designation. At the end of the THP, resident must qualify for tax credit housing. Household must verify displacement from primary residence due to presidentially declared disaster. Certain restrictions apply, contact us for more information.
