Disaster Relief Housing For Individuals Displaced by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma*
In response to the devastation caused by recent hurricanes, Wyoming has waived the income limitations which usually apply to affordable housing. Highland Property Management now has the opportunity to potentially assist those most impacted by the hurricanes by providing quality, affordable, rental housing in Gillette, Wyoming.

*WCDA has waived tax credit requirements per Rev Proc 2014-49. Waiver of tax credit requirements during this Temporary Housing Period (THP) applies for 12 months after disaster area designation.
